Can anyone help me find Opis and where the oath was supposed to be made and to whom.

Opis is/was north of Babylon - not entirely sure of the distance but I think it was something like 70 miles.As for the oath, perhaps my memory is playing tricks but I'm not aware of a specific oath that Alexander pronounced at Opis.
