It is a small tome of only 84 pages and apparently Karsten Dahmen's The Legend of Alexander the Great on Greek and Roman Coins (London and New York: Routledge, 2007), "has a far more detailed text and exhaustive coverage of all relevant types." However, we are told that Dahmen's book contains only poor to mediocre photographs of the coins whilst Arnold-Biucchi's book has excellent images. I figured that many of you may be interested, especially as Amazon has Alexander's Coins and Alexander's Image on sale for only $13.60.Carmen Arnold-Biucchi, Alexander's Coins and Alexander's Image.

Check the BMCR review for some very interesting comments on the coins. I wanted to post the whole review here but was not sure if there are copyright restrictions, so I wrote to BMCR and if permission is granted I will post it later.
