Hi Sandra,Yes, Hopkins does appear to have signed up as Ptolemy and, as you say, he is a bit old.However, the good news is that he appears to be taking the role of the old Ptolemy, we assume in a narrator's role, looking back on his/Alexander's life. A younger actor (as yet uncast?) will play Ptolemy as a young man.All the bestMarcus
