A three-hour documentary on Alexander the Great’s Persian Conquest, by Kings and Generals on YouTube, is worth watching. (Please note that I am not a historian.) Here’s the link - https://youtu.be/ApZf0BaaTmo?si=6Tu2OP0eQBv8wbME&t=5.

Thanks. I have only listened to the first hour so far, up to the start of the Halicarnassus siege. The pronunciation is annoying (computer generated?), and Olympias did not eliminate cousin Amyntas and stepmother Cleopatra on Alexander's orders. If Alexander himself didn't deal with Amyntas, then that job would have belonged to Antipater as regent, but other than that it seems ok, though there may be other details that have been simplified.
