Alexander den store (1917)
Alexander den store was a 1917 Swedish/Danish silent black-and-white movie (73 minutes) that is sometimes eratically referred to as an "epic presentation of the triumphs of the legendary Alexander the Great, who conquered nine-tenths of the known world".
However, "Alexander den store" was a comedy, a sort of early forerunner of John Cleese's Fawlty Towers, situated at the Alexander the Great Hotel.
