Pronunciation
Triva question: how would you pronounce Eumenes? Is it two syllables - Eu-menes with the emphasis on the first syllable, or three Eu-men-es with the stress on the second syllable? Or, as I heard it pronounced recently, 1 syllable 'Umneez'?

Three syllables; You-men-eez, stress on first and final syllables, eliding the middle syllable sounds like someone being pretentious and betraying their ignorance, or just speaking with a slur (happens to the best of us
