This is interesting, making me think of the climbers of Mt. Everest. So long as there is a challenge, who won't try to achieve it? Who would dare to challenge the theory of Alexander? Now we know. Thanks. :-)

Well, I have this theory that Alexander the Great was the first Macedonian king to cross the Indus. I wonder whether I could persuade the Getty Foundation to waste a shed load of cash on funding my research into this? :-)Marcus
