I read that they aren't compressing his entire life, not in Stone's production anyway. They're only dealing with a few years. The young Alexander parts might be handled in flashback, or as an extended prologue. Maybe if the movie does really well he might make it a trilogy of films a la Lord of the Rings and The Matrix? That seems to be a trend... and Alex's life would surely warrant that.

Hi Kal,I sure hope that you are right. I would like it to have a series of Alexander's, emphasizing each battle and victory, along with spending more time on his personal relationships. There are so many landmark decisions in his life that I prefer an in-depth look at these rather than the superficial synopsis reader's digest approach. All in all, I trust that the Greek approved version of ATG will be the most acceptable to most of us.Jan
